Luke is the founding Director of HARO Civil Engineering, a seasoned professional with over ten years of experience excelling in the delivery of complex design projects for State and Local Governments across QLD.

His diverse range of experiences has provided Luke with a broad spectrum of civil design and delivery skills, making him well-equipped to tackle the unique challenges of any civil project, navigate complex requirements and deliver results that align with clients’ needs.

As the driving force behind HARO Civil Engineering, Luke continues to lead with vision and dedication, leveraging his extensive experience to lead a team that consistently delivers excellence in the field of civil design and engineering.

Civil Designer

Warren is a highly skilled Civil Designer with four years of experience in local government, specialising in the design of roads, drainage, and footpath infrastructure.

He is proficient in utilising industry-leading software such as 12D Model, AutoCAD, and HEC‐Ras demonstrating a strong attention to detail and a proven track record in interpreting, creating, and implementing plans for various civil construction projects.

Civil Designer

HARO Civil Engineering is looking to expand and we’re currently seeking a skilled Civil Designer to join our vibrant team. Based in Southeast Queensland, with offices in Toowoomba and Townsville, this permanent role involves working closely with local Councils throughout QLD.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reviewing data from external consultants, clients, and stakeholders
  • Analysing and preparing reports, drawings, and design documents
  • Creating detailed civil engineering designs compliant with industry standards
  • Regular liaison with stakeholders to manage expectations and project delivery
